Future direct-access platform

Direct access to the AI IP agency is in development

Current service versus future software access.

Current client work is delivered as intellectual property licensing and protection services by a licensed attorney. The AI IP agency supports the attorney in delivering those services.

Direct access to Agency Patents AI IP agents is in development. A future hosted platform may provide licensed attorneys with direct access to the AI agency. Clients having access to the platform will not directly receive AI generated legal advice. A future platform may provide online non-downloadable software or downloadable software for patent drafting support, prosecution analysis, claim review, prior-art analysis, landscape analysis, portfolio review, and licensing diligence.

Possible future platform capabilities.

Patent drafting workflows

Structured drafting support, embodiment extraction, claim review, terminology checks, and application-organization tools.

Prosecution analysis

Office action parsing, cited-art comparison, amendment planning, response organization, and prosecution-history review.

Licensing and protection analysis

Portfolio review, claim mapping, technology landscape analysis, licensing diligence, and protection-oriented strategy support.

Future direct-access tools should not be confused with current legal services. The current service is attorney-directed intellectual property licensing and protection.
